Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the FNTD2 dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the dashboard.

Intended Use

The dashboard is provided to manage FNTD2 operations, moderation, marketplace activity, and account-linked game administration tools. Access is restricted and may be approved, denied, suspended, or removed at any time.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Access may require email verification, approval by an authorized operator, and linking a Roblox account through Roblox OAuth.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the dashboard to abuse game systems, scrape unauthorized data, interfere with service availability, attempt privilege escalation, or perform any action that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to the game, its operators, or its players.

Administrative Actions

Dashboard actions may affect player accounts, listings, bans, notes, reports, and other game-connected data. Authorized staff are expected to use the dashboard responsibly and only for legitimate operational purposes.

Third-Party Services

The dashboard may rely on third-party services including Roblox, Discord, email delivery providers, hosting providers, and analytics or infrastructure vendors. Availability and behavior of those services may affect the dashboard.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including for misuse, security concerns, inactivity, or operational reasons.

Disclaimer

The dashboard is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the dashboard.
