Privacy Policy
Effective April 22, 2026. This policy explains how the FNTD2 dashboard collects, uses, and protects information.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as display name, username, email address, linked Roblox account identifiers, role assignments, invite status, and session-related authentication data. We may also store operational records created through dashboard usage, such as moderation actions, notes, reports, and audit-related metadata.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate the dashboard, authenticate users, approve or restrict access, link Roblox accounts, administer FNTD2 services, send verification or invite emails, generate reports, and maintain platform security.
Roblox and Third-Party Data
When you link a Roblox account or when dashboard features query Roblox-related resources, we may receive or process Roblox identifiers, usernames, avatars, thumbnails, moderation information, and other game-connected data needed to provide the service.
Communications
We may send transactional emails such as verification codes, invitations, and administrative notices related to dashboard access. These are service-related messages and not marketing communications.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers and infrastructure partners strictly as needed to run the dashboard, including hosting, database, email, logging, and platform integrations such as Roblox and Discord.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the dashboard, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve administrative records.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices
If you want to request deletion or correction of account information associated with dashboard access, contact support@bungfro.com. Some information may need to be retained for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
Children
The dashboard is an operations tool and is not intended for public consumer use. It is not knowingly directed to children for account creation or staff access purposes.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the dashboard after an update means the revised policy applies.
